Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection.
Any additional work requested after the quote has been agreed may result in extra charges.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of works.

Materials

Unless agreed otherwise, materials supplied by us will be included within the quotation.
Customers supplying their own materials are responsible for ensuring suitability and correct quantities.

Preparation Work

Access

The customer must provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.
Delays caused by restricted access may affect completion times.

Furniture & Personal Belongings

Customers are advised to remove valuable or delicate items before work begins.
We will take reasonable care, but we cannot accept responsibility for items left within the working area.

Completion Times

Estimated completion dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to weather, drying times, supplier delays, or unforeseen issues.

Cancellation

Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has commenced may incur charges.

Liability

We hold no responsibility for pre-existing defects, hidden damage, damp, or structural issues discovered during works.
Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of completion.

Acceptance

By accepting a quotation or allowing works to commence, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
